Hackers treat email account as the target, and law enforcement investigators and the stool pigeon treat mail account as a target. Email security is as important as your network bank account. If your email account is being stolen, then all online accounts related with it (forgotten password email notification that sent by the system automatically) are likely to be out, including your bank information. Such attacks just like fishing spam, password forced to decipher, cross-site scripting attacks and attack by using authentication system’s vulnerabilities. For most of the attacks, ordinary users cannot be found or processing. The problem is, unless your password is modified without your notification, otherwise you will never know that the account has been stolen. Thankfully, we have a very simple way to avoid it.
Usually when hackers stole e-mail accounts, they will filter out all your e-mails, only leaving the information they interested in. Although hackers sometimes are really stupid, they will usually put all of the e-mails back to unread status (bold), so you won't find the existence of hackers. You could set up a virtual silent alarm in your e-mail account. The following are the method:
1) Put a picture to somewhere you could view the visiting record. Now many web sites provide the network space, such as your DSL service providers, or Shared space by your friend and so on. After finishing upload, don't put the picture the URL address of the public. You’d better hide it, in this case, your link won’t be found occasionally.
2) Send an E-mail with the picture attached, give it an attractive topic, such as "new bank password", "re: employee personal information," or "A success, we passed!" and so on. You could use the any topic that hackers are interesting in. keep it as unread status. In this way, your silent alarm has been set up.
